Utilizing the Kaizen philosophy, we strive to deliver and maintain a superior user experience coupled with best-in-class coverage and post-bind policy servicing.
Portal Summary
- Contractor’s Pollution Liability coverage for a broad range of contracting classes (see Products page for more information)
- Total Policy Aggregate Limit up to $3MM
- Claims Made and Occurrence triggers
- Practice, Project-Specific, Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) policy structures
- Total policy revenues up to $25MM – annual or total project revenue
- Practice policy term up to two (2) years
- Project/OCIP/CCIP policy term up to three (3) years
- Completed Operations period up to the state statute of repose
- Emergency Expense at full policy limit
- Available Supplemental Coverages include:
- Mold Matter Coverage
- Transportation Coverage on a blanket basis
- Non-Owned Disposal Site Coverage (Blanket or Scheduled)
- Your Location Coverage – Sudden and Accidental trigger
- Pollution Protective Loss Coverage
- Terrorism is included on all policies for no additional premium charge
- Calculation of Surplus Lines taxes and fees (all applicable Surplus Lines taxes and fees are to be filed and paid at the agency level)
